Built by operators, run on evidence
F&B Tech was built by people who ran and opened venues across markets — and who saw, from the inside, how much of hospitality decision-making still ran on gut alone.
Our mission is to bring structured data to those decisions without losing the craft. The technology serves the floor; it does not replace the judgement and hospitality that make a room work.
What two decades teaches you
Over twenty years, we've run thirteen units across four countries and advised more than thirty venues — from independent restaurants to international hotel operations.
We've delivered nine new openings end to end, from critical path to first service. That breadth is the point: it's where pattern recognition comes from — knowing which levers move which outcomes, and in which order.
The numbers — 20+ years, 13 units, 30+ venues, 9 openings — matter less as a scoreboard than as the range of context behind every recommendation we make.
The rooms we've worked in
From high-design independent groups to global hotel brands — experience earned inside operations you already know.
Who you'll be working with
You work directly with senior operators who have run multi-unit businesses and led openings across international markets — not a junior analyst reading a dashboard from a distance.
Our strengths run across menu engineering, procurement, and operations, tied together by the market intelligence that informs every area. The working philosophy is simple: bring the evidence, respect the floor, and leave the team able to run the method themselves.
How we work
Evidence over instinct
Every recommendation carries the numbers behind it.
The floor comes first
Data serves service, not the other way around.
Scoped, not templated
Each engagement is shaped to the venue and its market.
Outcomes we can measure
We agree what better looks like, then prove it.
A footprint across seven markets
Thirteen units across four countries as operators, and advisory reach well beyond. Geography informs our market templates; it doesn't cap where the method works.
