This policy explains what personal data F&B Tech collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have. It is a working draft pending final legal review and must match our actual data practices before publication.
Who we are
F&B Tech is a data-driven hospitality operations consultancy and the controller of the personal data described here. For any data question, contact us at hello@fandb.tech.
What we collect
Enquiry form data: your name, email, company, area of interest, and message.
Site analytics: aggregate usage information collected to improve the site.
Internal-user identity: for our own team, single sign-on identity via Google or Microsoft.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and manage first-contact follow-up, to deliver our services, to understand and improve site performance, and to meet legal obligations.
Legal bases
We rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and the performance of a contract where one is in place, consistent with the GDPR.
Sharing and processors
We use trusted third-party processors for email and CRM, analytics, content syndication to LinkedIn, and hosting. Processors act on our instructions and under appropriate agreements.
Market intelligence data
Competitor and venue data used for advisory work is processed for our clients' engagements only. It is admin-only and never published.
Retention
Enquiry and lead data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. Duplicate enquiries received within a 24-hour window are consolidated.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data. To exercise any right, contact hello@fandb.tech.
International transfers
Because we operate across multiple markets, your data may be transferred internationally. Where it is, we apply appropriate safeguards.
Cookies
For details on cookies and how to control them, see our Cookie Policy.
Contact and complaints
Contact hello@fandb.tech with any concern. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
